(PEGY) (“Pineapple” or “the Company”), a leading provider of sustainable solar energy and backup power for households and Small Business, today announced that Chief Financial Officer Mark Fandrich has decided to step down from his role, effective the date the company files its second quarter Form 10-Q, which is currently scheduled for August 12, 2022. Mr. Fandrich will work with Corporate Comptroller Kristin Hlavka and CEO Kyle Udseth through the completion of the company’s second quarter SEC filings and have also agreed to provide support after Aug. 12 regarding the sale of the remaining assets of CSI, JDL and Ecessa.
